Join us for an easy-to-follow fitness class using actual martial arts techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. You will improve your stamina, functional strength, balance and flexibility as you progress through the various martial art movements. 

FaMA Fitness is a class that promotes stamina, strength, coordination and agility. It’s suitable for all levels of fitness. Classes run from Mondays to Saturdays during lunchtime, and concurrently with all BJJ kids classes.
