Being a member at FaMA - Fitness and Martial Arts means learning from our world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai and Kids Martial Arts Instructors. As an added benefit to our members, FaMA also brings in Guest Instructors for a limited engagement where they share their knowledge, experience and skills with the FaMA community. These incredible Guest Instructors provide an amazing opportunity for our members to be exposed to different training methods and techniques helping everyone reach their fitness and martial arts goals.
We have already been so fortunate to have had so many Guest Instructors all of whom we consider to be a part of the FaMA family.
KRU YO LAMNAMMOON

Muay Thai
Beginning his training at a very young age, Kru Yo has had over 200 career Muay Thai fights and is a 4x World Champion (Lumpinee). Known as "Vampire Knees," from his competition days, Kru Yo was active throughout Muay Thai's Golden Era where he is regarded as a legend.
With over 20 years of Muay Thai teaching experience, Kru Yo has created many of his own champions out of his school, Lamnammoon Muay Thai, and as taught in countries such as Malaysia, Australia, England, Scotland and now Singapore.

Muay Thai
Also known as Mr. Miyagi, Ajarn Dang started Muay Thai at the age of 7 and has fought at the highest levels as a Lumpinee and Rajadamnern fighter.
With 33 years of experience as a Muay Thai trainer, he is widely regarded as THE trainer of champions.
Not only is Ajarn Dang one of our most popular repeat Guest Instructors, he has also taught several Muay Thai seminars at FaMA.

RUNGKIET
Muay Thai
Known as the King of Flying Knees, Kru Mon Rungkiet started training Muay Thai at the age of 6 and has had over 400 professional fights in his career.
During his time as a Guest Instructor at FaMA, Kru Mon gave two very popular seminars. First was Essential Muay Thai, where he taught fundamental footwork and defence. The second was Muay Thai Knee Tricks where he taught how to throw knees in combinations and in the clinch.

RODRIGO TEIXEIRA
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
This 4th Degree Black Belt is not only a world traveler but also a gifted teacher. He's a multiple-time BJJ champion with over 25 years of experience in BJJ.
Professor Rodrigo started training BJJ at the age of 12 under his brother Professor Pedro Carvalho. Soon after, he moved to the United States. After going back and forth between Brazil and the US for several years, Rodrigo opened his own academy in California and was based there for approximately 10 years.

Kru Mike is a highly experienced Muay Thai fighter and trainer who has competed in MMA and Combat Sambo in Thailand. During his stay, Kru Mike hosted a seminar at FaMA, 'Principles of Muay Thai' where he taught balance, alignment, footwork and accuracy as well as how to apply these principles to be used in training and sparring.

From Bangkok, Thailand, Kru Jack is a professional Muay Thai fighter, Western boxer and MMA fighter.
Aside from sharing his professional competition and training knowledge with FaMA, he also hosted a Boxing for Muay Thai seminar at FaMA where attendees learned how to enhance their Muay Thai by using their punches more effectively.

SAIFA SUPARUT

From Chiang Mai, Thailand, Kru Fah Saifa Suparut is an 8x Thai National Muay Thai Champion and a 2x World Muay Thai Champion.
During her time as a Guest Instructor at FaMA, Kru Fah gave two very popular seminars. First was a women's only Ladies Muay Thai seminar where she taught evasive footwork useful for sparring and self-defence. The second was Championship Muay Thai, a seminar where she shared the techniques, tactics and strategies that helped make her a Muay Thai World Champion.

Professor Josh and Professor Robyn are long-time training partners who came up together at Palm Springs Jiu-Jitsu in California. Professor Josh has an extensive competition background in the US and currently runs his own academy, Hurricane Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Palm Springs, California.
