It almost feels like academy life is back to normal once again. While we continue to honour governmental regulations in the spirit of watching out for our classmates and staff's health and safety, the FaMA team is also happy to report that classes are close to reverting to how they used to be.

Little Tigers Muay Thai


Kids on break from school?


Let MaMA Tiger, Kirstie Gannaway, introduce them to the world of Muay Thai where they’ll learn how to put discipline, focus and respect into practice in this fun and friendly martial arts class.

This week Kru Yo shows us the correct direction to parry lead and rear teeps/push kicks.
