Weekend Medium Monstros BJJ Now Also at 8 AM
Let’s keep that ball rolling.
In our continued effort to provide more classes for our members, we are happy to announce that we’ll be rolling out additional Medium Monstros BJJ classes starting this weekend at 8 am. So, if your Medium Monstro is an early riser and you’re already awake, book them a slot and a FaMA Fit class for yourself to work out at the same time.

FaMA FIT WEEKENDS

**Please note that the Sunday adult BJJ and Muay Thai classes have now switched times.
Kids Special Holiday Schedule
That’s right, we’re rolling out EVEN MORE FaMA Kids classes.
Special for just the school holiday season, we will be offering three additional Kids classes every weekday starting from 23 November to 31 December. These game-based classes are the perfect opportunity for your FaMA Kid to have more fun, get fitter and learn martial arts.
Book them for the appropriate age group and let us handle the rest. Just remember to dress them in comfortable athletic attire and don’t forget to bring along their water bottle.
